  • Organize your own five-person team. (men, women, or mixed)
  • Verified Handicaps for each team must total 90 or more to compete for prizes. (only one person’s handicap can be 10 or under)
  • No professional golfers, please!  (pretty please)
  • Maximum handicap:
    • Men = 36
    • Women = 40
    • For singles or incomplete teams, please contact, Yuliy Fedoryshyn at yuliy@bghcfoundation.com.
      The committee will try to connect you with other single players or incomplete teams if there are any available.
  • Field Limit is 22 teams. First come, first served. (Team captains are responsible for submitting payment with entry.)
  • Completed team application (and handicaps) with a check made payable to Boca Grande Health Clinic Foundation must be mailed or turned in to:
