8:30 am – Shotgun Start
10:30 am – Grill Station on Course start
1:30 pm – Award Cocktail Reception

Golf Tournament Information

• Organize your own four-person team. (men, women, or mixed)
• Field Limit is 18 teams.
• To register, complete the team application (and handicaps) below.
• $500 per golfer
• We accept Checks – turn in or mail your check (made payable to Boca Grande Health Clinic Foundation or BGHCF) to:
